- Sterility Guarantee: We offer a sterility guarantee of 100% on products for 30 days after the date of purchase. To be eligible for a full refund, we would need pictures or video of what has happened.

If deemed necessary, we will promptly dispatch a replacement. In certain instances, we may provide a prepaid return postage label for the return of the problematic product.
